I bring a diverse background to my work with expertise in architecture, engineering, and public policy. My experience and capabilities range from campaign strategy to designing destination high-rises to landing a new generation of astronauts on the Moon.
After spending most of a decade designing high-performance buildings on Earth, I shifted my attention to the space industry. At Blue Origin I worked Orbital Reef ECLSS as the ventilation system responsible engineer, then developed architectural concepts and a mock-up for the Reef Core module before joining the Lunar Permanence team as a systems engineer for the MK2 Crew Lander supporting NASA’s Artemis program.
I'm a graduate of the CU Boulder aerospace engineering graduate program in bioastronautics, the University of Oregon College of Design’s graduate architecture program, and the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs. I’m also a member of the AIAA Space Architecture Technical Committee and co-chair of the International Conference for Environmental Systems Session 502: Space Architecture.
