Address at Harbor Point

The Address at Harbor Point is the focal point for Dubai Creek Harbor. The towers are designed to optimize views toward the water and the Dubai city center while establishing a signature skyline. Conceived as “siblings” rather than twins, the towers preserve sunlight at the plinth and gradually taper in the upper levels. Process work explored a variety of solutions while systematizing a parametric analysis workflow.
